Service life: the service life of CO2 RF tube laser marking machine can reach more than 45000 hours, which can be used for 6 years in general, and it can be used repeatedly without replacement; while the glass tube marking machine has only about 2500 hours, and generally one glass tube needs to be replaced about half a year, which can not be reused, and it needs to be replaced with a new one.  
 3. Cooling mode: the CO2 RF tube laser marking machine is generally air-cooled, which can ensure long-term trouble-free and stable operation; the CO2 glass tube laser marking machine is water-cooled, which may not light out or intermittently light out when the working time is long or the water temperature is high, and the continuous operation has a great impact on the product quality. 
  4. Facula size (beam): the facula fineness of CO2 RF tube laser marking machine is more than three times that of glass tube, with high accuracy and small thermal diffusion area, which can carve/cut very fine works; the facula of CO2 glass tube laser marking machine is thick, with poor accuracy, unstable light output (uneven light intensity, sometimes no light), large thermal diffusion area, melting of cutting edge, obvious blackening, poor marking accuracy 。 
  5. Stability: the RF tube is a fully sealed metal tube. It uses a low-voltage power supply, which directly avoids some disadvantages caused by the use of a high-voltage power supply. Because the domestic laser marking and cutting machine for glass tube uses a high-voltage power supply, it is not only unstable but also dangerous to some extent. The long-time operation makes the power supply easy to age, and has a great interference on the control system, such as the operation is not good When it is easy to burn the mainboard, it is more likely to be affected by the voltage and damage its normal function. 
6. Price: RF tube is more expensive than the glass tube. But for processing some products, such as leather, glass tube can be fully competent.
